Trevor D. Martin

Professional Life

Trevor D. Martin is the owner and managing attorney at The Law Office of Trevor D. Martin. Trevor is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by the State Bar, California Board of Legal Specialization. This designation is only given to attorneys who have gone above and beyond the standard licensing requirements in their designated field through both extensive education and practice. Approximately one percent of attorneys in California have achieved this designation.

Trevor began his legal career in 2010 at Worthe, Hanson & Worthe in Orange County, California, as a litigation defense attorney in the field of Aviation Law. Trevor defended large corporations such as American Airlines, United Airlines and Southwest Airlines. In 2012, Trevor decided it was time to move home to Redlands, where he transitioned his practice solely to Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. From 2013-2019, Trevor worked with two very experienced firms, Hartnell Law Group and Horspool & Horspool. During this time, Trevor managed hundreds of cases involving Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Probate Administration, Conservatorships, and Estate and Trust Litigation.

Trevor’s current practice handles all aspects of Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law, and includes corporate formation and corporate transactional work.

Education

Trevor received his undergraduate degree from California State University, San Bernardino, in 2003, where he competed in NCAA Golf, and graduated with Honors in Business Management. Following his tenure at CSU San Bernardino, Trevor attended Chapman University School of Law in Orange, CA. At Chapman, Trevor was a member of the Investment Law Society, and received a CALI Award for specialized legal research. Trevor has been an active member of the CA State Bar since 2011.

Personal Life

Trevor was born and raised in Loma Linda, CA. Trevor now resides in Redlands, California with his beautiful wife Melissa, and their three children London, Logan and Brynley. While not in the office, Trevor enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and teaching his children golf, and all other sports.
